Tour Package Sales Executive

Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, selling, and managing domestic and international holiday packages, while ensuring excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client requirements and create customized holiday itineraries.

• Sell domestic & international tour packages (flights, hotels, sightseeing, transfers).

• Coordinate with suppliers/vendors (hotels, DMCs, airlines) for bookings.

• Prepare quotations, cost sheets, and proposals for clients.

• Handle customer queries over phone, email, and walk-ins.

• Maintain follow-ups with clients to ensure smooth booking and payments.

• Manage documentation for visa, insurance, and travel formalities.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any field (Tourism/Travel background preferred).

• Basic knowledge of domestic & international destinations.

• Good communication & negotiation skills (English + Hindi).

• Proficiency in MS Office, emails, and travel portals (preferred).

• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.

• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
