Tour Package Sales Executive

We are looking for Reservation Executive Sales to join our team and handle hotel, resort, and private pool villa reservations & Tour packages. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle hotel, resort, and private pool villa reservations from enquiry to confirmation.

• Coordinate with guests and property partners to check availability, rates, and booking details.

• Manage booking confirmations, amendments, cancellations, and related guest requests.

• Coordinate with hotels, resorts, and villa properties to ensure smooth reservation processing.

• Follow up on enquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings.

• Maintain accurate booking records, availability, rates, and payment details.

• Communicate professionally with guests through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.

• Resolve reservation-related issues and provide timely solutions to guests and property partners.

• Coordinate with the operations and sales teams to ensure a smooth guest experience.

• Maintain good relationships with property partners and assist in developing new property tie-ups when required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hotel reservations, travel & tourism, hospitality, or a similar role is preferred.

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam.

• Good knowledge of hotel/resort and villa reservations.

• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.

• Good computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office, email, WhatsApp, and online booking platforms.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings simultaneously.

• Customer-oriented attitude with good problem-solving skills.

• Ability to coordinate effectively with both customers and property partners.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in travel agencies, DMCs, hotel reservations, resorts, private villas, or holiday package companies will be given preference.
