We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Travel Desk Coordinator to manage travel arrangements for our clients and ensure smooth coordination between customers, vendors, and internal teams.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client inquiries via call, WhatsApp, email, and in-person.

• Book flights, hotels, transport, and activities as per the itinerary.

• Coordinate with travel vendors for bookings, vouchers, and confirmations.

• Prepare and share travel documents like itineraries, vouchers, tickets, and invoices.

• Maintain updated records of bookings and client preferences.

• Assist in passport, visa, and insurance formalities if required.

• Ensure timely communication and after-sale support for clients during travel.

• Handle urgent travel changes or cancellations.

• Maintain professionalism and hospitality in every interaction.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
