RESPONSIBLITIES:-

·        Organizing and preparing holiday tour package

·        Responsible for planning,

·        Coordinating, and booking travel arrangements for clients, which may include flights,

·         They ensure all aspects of a trip are managed efficiently and provide exceptional customer service.

·        Combining transport,

·        Accommodation and services such as sightseeing arrangements to create holiday packages.

·        Prepare the best suitable Itinerary (a planned route or journey) as per client requirements.

·        Maintain accurate records of booking , payments client communication

·        Stay updated on Industry trends , travel  destinations and regulation

·        Advises clients regarding destinations, cultures, customs, weather and activities.

·        Collects payments, books travel arrangements and pays applicable fees.

·        Handles travel issues, conflicts, complaints, cancelations and refunds.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 6+ years of experience.
