Position: Territorial Sales Manager
We are looking for an experienced and energetic Territorial Sales Manager (TSM) to drive business growth and manage sales operations within a defined geographic territory. The TSM will be responsible for expanding our merchant network, achieving sales targets for various products, and building strong relationships with channel partners and customers.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for various product lines, including AEPS (Aadhar Enabled Payment System) and Business Loans (Unsecured).
Territory Management: Effectively manage and develop the assigned territory, identifying new business opportunities and maximising market penetration.
Channel Partner Development: Recruit, onboard, train, and manage a network of distributors, retailers, and agents to drive product adoption and sales.
Market Intelligence: Gather market data on competitor activities, pricing, and product offerings to formulate effective sales strategies.
Product Promotion: Actively promote and sell Rapipay's suite of Fintech products, focusing on services like AEPS, utility bill payments, money transfer, and unsecured business loans.
Training & Support: Conduct regular training sessions for channel partners on product features, sales techniques, and compliance. Provide ongoing support to ensure smooth operations.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts. Submit timely reports on sales performance and market feedback to senior management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven experience in sales, with a significant background in the Fintech, Tele Communication, or financial services sector.
Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of AEPS, Micro-ATM services, and distribution of Unsecured Business Loans or similar financial products.
Domain Expertise: Prior experience managing sales in a competitive environment, preferably involving a multi-layered distribution model.
Communication: Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and the regional language.
Result-Oriented: A self-starter with a strong drive to achieve targets and a demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Compensation & Location
Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience and interview performance).
Additional: TA/DA (Travel Allowance/Daily Allowance) will be provided separately as per company policy.
Work Locations: Berhampur, Koraput, Kolahandi, Malkangiri, Sambhupur, Bolangir, Kandamal, Raigada, Ganjam, Anugul. Candidates must be willing to be based in and travel across one of these regions.
