Job Title: Tender Executive
Key Responsibilities
• Search and monitor Government and Private tenders through portals such as GeM, Mahatender, CPPP, MSEDCL, Mahagenco, Mahatransco, and other e-procurement platforms.
• Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and commercial terms.
• Prepare, compile, and submit technical and commercial bids within deadlines.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect technical, commercial, financial, and statutory documents.
• Prepare bid-related documents including EMD, Tender Fees, Bank Guarantees, declarations, and compliance documents.
• Upload bids on tender portals and participate in reverse auctions where applicable.
• Ensure compliance with tender requirements and maintain records of submitted, ongoing, and awarded tenders.
• Liaise with clients and procurement authorities for tender clarifications, bid openings, and award follow-ups.
• Manage vendor registrations, client empanelments, and portal profile updates.
• Support post-award activities, including contract documentation and performance guarantees.
• Prepare MIS reports, maintain tender databases, and monitor contract renewals.
• Stay updated with procurement policies, GeM guidelines, and industry regulations.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in tender/bid management.
• Experience with Government, PSU, and Private sector tenders preferred.
Required Skills
• Hands-on experience with GeM, Mahatender, CPPP, MSEDCL, Mahagenco, Mahatransco, and other e-tendering portals.
• Strong knowledge of tender documentation, government procurement procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and PDF editing tools.
• Excellent documentation, coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and capability to manage multiple deadlines.
