Job responsibilities for a Telesales Representative

• Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.

• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.

• Promote and sell products or services over the phone.

• Follow prepared sales scripts and adapt based on customer responses.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Answer questions about products, pricing, and services.

• Record customer information and sales details accurately in the CRM system.

• Follow up on leads and previous customer interactions.

• Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions.

• Upsell or cross-sell products when appropriate.

• Stay informed about product features and promotional offers.

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve results.

• Participate in training sessions and team meetings.

• Provide feedback on customer needs, problems, interests, and potential improvements.
