Job Position : Tele Sales Executives

A Tele Sales Executive, whether working from home or in an office, is responsible for generating sales and building customer relationships through phone calls, requiring strong communication, negotiation, and time management skills. 

Key Duties of a Tele Sales Executive:

• Sales Generation:

• Prospecting and Qualifying Leads: Identifying potential customers and determining their needs and suitability for the company's products or services. 

• Making Sales Calls: Engaging in outbound and inbound calls to promote products/services, build rapport, and close deals. 

• Presenting Products/Services: Clearly and persuasively explaining the features, benefits, and value proposition of the products/services. 

• Handling Objections: Addressing customer concerns and questions effectively to overcome resistance and secure sales. 

• Negotiating and Closing Deals: Reaching agreements on price, terms, and conditions to finalize sales. 

• Customer Relationship Management:

• Building Rapport: Establishing positive and long-term relationships with customers. 

• Providing Customer Service: Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 

• Following Up: Checking in with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat business. 

• Other Responsibilities:

• Maintaining Accurate Records: Keeping track of customer interactions, sales data, and other relevant information. 

• Meeting Sales Targets: Achieving individual and team sales goals. 

• Staying Informed: Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies. 

• Managing Time Effectively: Prioritizing tasks, scheduling calls, and working independently to meet deadlines.

Salary :

·         Month 1 to 3 : Rs.10,000 + Incentives

·         Month 4 to 6 : Rs.12,000 + Incentives

·         Month 7 to 12 : Rs. 15,000 + Incentives

·         After 12 Month Onwards : 20,000 + Incentives

Age : 21 to 60 Years

Education : Above 10th

Experience : Min 6 months Experienced
