We are looking for a dynamic Tele Caller + Back Office Executive to join our growing team in Surat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound calls, explaining our services to potential clients, maintaining data records, and supporting backend operations.
Make outbound calls to potential leads and explain ZED certification services
Follow up with interested prospects and schedule appointments for field executives
Maintain and update client databases and call records in CRM or Excel
Provide administrative support to the sales and documentation team
Assist in preparing client documentation and reports as required
Coordinate internally to ensure timely communication with clients
Handle basic client queries and route complex queries to the appropriate department
12th pass & Graduates prefered
Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati (English is a plus)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Email)
Organized and detail-oriented with good record-keeping abilities
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Prior experience in telecalling or back office operations will be an advantage
