Key Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to potential customers to inform them about products/services. • Understand customer requirements and pitch relevant offerings. • Generate leads and follow up on existing leads. • Maintain accurate records of calls and sales. • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets. • Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly. • Provide feedback to the team regarding customer needs and concerns. Requirements: • Graduate in any stream. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Confident and Fluent with Hindi language. • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
