Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Telecaller to support our Education Department by reaching out to coaching centers, institutes, and training partners to share details about our ongoing skill development and training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to coaching centers, institutes, and educational partners to inform them about the organization’s training programs and initiatives.

• Explain program details clearly, including objectives, eligibility, training process, and collaboration opportunities.

• Collect and verify center details, capacity, and willingness to participate in the program.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and follow-up actions in the database or CRM.

• Coordinate with the operations and project teams for updates on program schedules, requirements, and approvals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.

• Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).

• Confident and polite telephone etiquette with good listening skills.

• It is a Part Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 0 - 1 years of experience.
