Job Description:
Tracking all inquiry and ensuring timely Quotation
Sending mails to new prospective customers and existing customers.
Regular follow-up for Order
Making Techno-commercial offer by ERP.
Keep Track for targeted sales V/S actual achieved sales
List of lost order in a month with reason
To check that no inquiry is left unattended
Handling telephonic enquiries & queries.
Insure response to standard inquiry in 30 minutes and non- standard within 24 hrs. TAT
Tele Calling, Promotion, Customer Relation, customer satisfaction index, product feedback
Revival of old customers/ Grievance Handling, Competitor info
Preference: Male and Female (Both)
Skills:
Good Academics and technical Knowledge (fresher candidates)
Rich Industrial product marketing experience
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Negotiating and commercial skills.
Should be able to work in coordination.
Keen to learn technical work
Educational Profile:-Diploma/B.E. (Mechanical and Others)
