Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with business professionals and organizations, showcasing the value of our comprehensive Website Development, SEO, and B2B Solutions. You will be the key point of contact between the sales team and potential clients, managing relationships, handling inquiries, and ultimately driving sales by convincing businesses of the importance of improving their digital presence and business processes.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable interacting with senior business professionals, understanding their needs, and positioning our services to meet those needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Outreach & Business Development:
Initiate outbound calls to potential clients from various industries and introduce our B2B portal services.
Convince business owners and decision-makers of the value of a strong online presence through website development and SEO services.
Conduct needs assessments, offer tailored solutions, and guide clients through the services provided.
Set up calls or meetings to discuss client requirements and move forward with the sales process.
Sales & Lead Conversion:
Manage and follow up on leads generated through marketing, cold calls, or inbound inquiries.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Understand client business objectives and recommend customized website and SEO solutions.
Prepare and send proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.
Project Coordination with Design & Development Teams:
Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure the website design aligns with client specifications and requirements.
Coordinate with the development and SEO teams to track the progress of the projects and ensure timely delivery.
Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Address client concerns, provide updates, and ensure client satisfaction from project inception to completion.
Post-Sales Support & Relationship Management:
Ensure a smooth transition from sales to project implementation by providing all necessary information to the design team.
Provide clients with regular updates on their website design and SEO progress.
Assist clients with post-launch queries or requests to maintain long-term relationships.
Reporting & Performance Tracking:
Track and report on sales performance, client feedback, and project statuses.
Update CRM with client interactions, proposals, and project details.
Provide regular reports on client acquisition, project timelines, and successful completions.
