ATA AIG is hiring Telesales Executives for its Bangalore and Hyderabad branches. We are looking for passionate and goal-driven individuals to join our growing team. If you have experience in telesales and enjoy engaging with customers, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to leads and prospective customers

• Explain and promote insurance products over the phone

• Handle customer queries effectively

• Follow up on interested leads and close sales

• Maintain call records and update CRM

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

Required Candidate Profile:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass

• Minimum Experience: 1 year in telesales or similar role

• Maximum Age: 35 years

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills

• Strong customer service orientation

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month

• Incentives: Yes (Performance-based)

• Shift Timing: General shift (9:30 AM to 6:30 PM)

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
