Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.

• Explain product/service features and benefits effectively.

• Counsel and guide customers based on their requirements.

• Conduct telephonic meetings to close sales.

• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM.

• Follow up with leads to ensure conversions.

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Good verbal communication skills in English& Kannada required.

• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.

• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and target-driven.

• Prior experience in telesales, counseling, or B2C sales preferred.

• Freshers with strong communication and sales interest are welcome.
