• Generate new business through calls, references, online research, and field visits.
• Conduct regular client meetings and understand customer requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and follow up for orders.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations when required.
• Follow up with customers from enquiry to order confirmation and payment.
• Identify new markets, customers, and business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, meetings, follow-ups, and sales activities.
