Job Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly health insurance sales targets.
-Generate leads through calls, references, and customer networking.
-Convert prospects into policyholders through effective sales pitching.
-Maintain strong customer relationships for renewals and retention.
-Provide accurate product information and policy guidance to customers.
-Ensure timely completion of documentation and compliance requirements.
-Update CRM and submit daily/weekly sales reports.
-Drive cross-selling and upselling of Health insurance products.
