Job Responsibilities

Call potential and existing customers to explain AapniService.com services.
Generate leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Promote company offers, discounts, and seasonal packages.
Follow up with customers for pending bookings and service feedback.
Maintain customer records and update CRM/software regularly.
Handle customer queries professionally and resolve basic concerns.
Coordinate with the operations team for service scheduling.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Build strong customer relationships for repeat business.

Required Skills

Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
Comfortable speaking in Hindi (English is a plus).
Basic computer/mobile app handling skills.
Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
Ability to handle objections and close sales.

Eligibility

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer support is preferred.
