Job Title: Telesales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our Retail Insurance Sales team as Tele Sales Executives. The candidate will be responsible for speaking with customers, understanding their insurance requirements, explaining suitable insurance products, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

Explain retail insurance products, features, benefits, coverage, and premiums.

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product information.

Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.

Handle basic customer queries professionally.

Maintain records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Coordinate with the internal team for quotations, documentation, and policy issuance.

Build positive relationships with customers.

Follow company processes and applicable insurance guidelines.

Eligibility & Requirements

Graduate in any discipline.

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Good verbal communication skills.

Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

Good convincing and negotiation skills.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
