Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Telesales Executive to join our growing

team in Gurgaon (Udyog Vihar, Sector 18). The ideal candidate will have a strong

background in telesales within the insurance sector, excellent communication skills in Hindi,

and basic proficiency in English.

Key Responsibilities:

 Make outbound calls to potencial customers to promote and sell car loans and

insurance products.

 Understand customer needs and suggest suitable loan and insurance offerings.

 Convert leads into successful sales through consistent follow-ups and relationship

building.

 Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

 Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems

regularly.

 Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the

sales process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

 Minimum 1 year of telesales experience in car loans and/or insurance.

 Fluent Hindi communication skills are a must; basic to moderate English proficiency

required.

 Strong sales, negotation, and convincing abilities.

 Good understanding of car loan and insurance products/processes.

 Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for sales.
