About the Company

Pitambra Film and Production is a creative media and production company specializing in film production, advertisement shoots, promotional campaigns, digital content, and entertainment solutions. We are looking for a confident and energetic Telesales Executive to connect with potential clients and promote our production services.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential clients, businesses, and leads.

Explain company services including film production, ad shoots, video production, event coverage, and digital media solutions.

Generate new business opportunities through cold calling and follow-ups.

Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.

Schedule meetings for the sales or production team with interested clients.

Handle client inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Coordinate with the marketing and creative team for lead conversion.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.

1–2 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service.

Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi, English, or Gujarati.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.

Interest in media, films, advertising, or entertainment industry is a plus.
