We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Telesales Executive to handle outbound calls, generate leads, fix meetings for the sales team, and ensure timely follow-ups with potential clients.
Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers from provided databases
Explain company pitch deck clearly and professionally
Fix meetings or appointments for the sales/business development team
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested leads to convert them into meetings
Update and manage customer information in CRM or tracking sheets
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and meeting targets
Maintain a high level of professionalism and positive communication
Excellent verbal communication skills in English & Hindi (additional languages are a plus)
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Comfortable with cold calling
Basic knowledge of CRM tools
Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred
