We are looking a motivated and professional Telecaller to join our team at Nineerial. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling client inquiries, and providing clear information about our marketing services. This role plays a key part in maintaining strong client relationships and supporting business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Calling potential customers and explaining services

• Arranging minimum 2 lead meetings per day

• Regular follow-ups with prospects

• Maintaining daily call and lead records

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer-service-oriented approach with professionalism and empathy

• Ability to manage data and maintain accurate records

• Good organizational and time management skills

• Prior experience in telecalling or customer support is an advantage
