Key Responsibilities

  • Contact potential visitors and delegate teams via email and phone to invite them to attend the exhibition.

  • Personally reach out to the VIP database to extend formal invitations and ensure their participation.

  • Manage and coordinate delegate registrations for conferences and technical sessions.

  • Respond to visitor inquiries by providing accurate information, support, and promotional materials.

  • Prepare, maintain, and regularly update the visitor and delegate registration database to ensure accuracy and timely follow-ups.
