Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate sales and follow up on leads
Promote and sell white goods to customers, dealers, and distributors
Provide product information, pricing, and ongoing offers
Process orders and coordinate with warehouse/logistics for timely delivery
Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests efficiently
Maintain records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in CRM/ERP
Support after-sales service, warranty queries, and installation coordination
Achieve sales targets and ensure high customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (preferably Commerce/Business)
1–3 years of experience in telesales/customer service, preferably in white goods, electronics, or consumer durables
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Basic knowledge of CRM/ERP systems and MS Excel
Ability to handle customer issues calmly and professionally
