Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound sales calls to connect with prospective clients in the recruitment industry, promoting Erekrut's services and solutions.
Develop an in-depth understanding of Erekrut's offerings and value propositions to effectively communicate their benefits to potential clients.
Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs, and providing tailored solutions.
Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
0-1 year of experience
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Self-driven and goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets.

10:00am to 6:30 pm
- 6 days week with 2nd Saturday off
