Job Description

Job Title: Telesales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining products/services, and generating sales over calls.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Explain company products/services clearly and confidently
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
Generate leads and convert them into sales
Maintain records of calls and customer details
Follow up with interested customers
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Build and maintain good customer relationships

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / computer
Ability to convince and negotiate with customers
Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
Prior telesales experience (preferred but not mandatory)

Experience:

Fresher / Minimum 6 months experience in telesales

Salary:

₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives
