Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Hyperlocal Sales Executive for our Maruti Suzuki dealership. The role involves handling online and website-generated leads, meeting customers, identifying new business opportunities within the assigned territory, and converting inquiries into successful car sales. The executive will also support customer service, documentation, and field activities as required.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming leads from the website and digital platforms and follow up effectively.
Contact potential customers to explain Maruti Suzuki product features, pricing, variants, finance options, and promotional offers.
Identify new business opportunities within the assigned local territory.
Meet retail partners, corporates, small businesses, and customers to pitch products and services.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain strong and long-term customer relationships.
Schedule showroom visits and test drives, and ensure timely follow-ups on all assigned leads.
Assist customers with documentation and support during vehicle delivery.
Track and report daily sales activities and market feedback.
Plan and execute promotional activities to increase brand visibility in the local area.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities.
Coordinate with the operations and showroom team for smooth service delivery.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and provide post-sales support as needed.
Qualifications
Graduation is mandatory (any discipline).
Valid Driving Licence is a must.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to handle CRM / digital reporting tools.
Experience
1–3 years of experience in automobile sales, field sales, dealership sales, or related roles.
Freshers with excellent communication and interest in sales may also apply.
