We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team at Chappang Bhog Makhana. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our premium makhana products through outbound telephone calls, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets while representing our brand professionally.

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and sell Chappang Bhog Makhana products

• Generate leads through cold calling, warm calling, and follow-up calls

• Present product features, benefits, and pricing information effectively over the phone

• Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns professionally

• Process orders accurately and ensure proper documentation

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat purchases
