Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential clients, understand their property needs, and pitch suitable projects.

• Should have experience in Real Estate sales

• Generate and nurture leads through calls, emails, and follow-ups.

• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and conversions.

• Maintain and update the CRM system with lead status, client interactions, and follow-up schedules.

• Understand project details thoroughly to confidently communicate features, amenities, pricing, and other relevant information.

• Act as the first point of contact for customers and provide excellent pre-sales support and guidance.

• Coordinate with marketing for campaign performance and lead generation feedback.
