Telesales

Telesales Representative or Executive is responsible for selling products or services over the phone. This role involves contacting potential and existing customers to inform them about offerings, understand their needs, and persuade them to make a purchase. They also manage customer relationships, follow up on leads, and achieve sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound and Inbound Calling:

  Engaging with customers through both outbound calls to promote products/services and handling inbound calls from interested customers. 

• Sales Generation:

  Persuading customers to purchase products or services, meeting sales quotas, and closing deals. 

• Customer Needs Assessment:

  Understanding customer requirements and tailoring solutions to address their specific needs. 

• Relationship Building:

  Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and loyalty. 

• Lead Management:

  Following up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and referrals. 

• Product Knowledge:

  Staying informed about company products and services to effectively address customer inquiries. 

• CRM Utilization:

  Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software. 

• Customer Service:

  Providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving complaints to ensure customer satisfaction. 

• Reporting and Analysis:

  Tracking sales results, preparing reports, and analyzing sales data. 

Essential Skills:

• Communication: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills are crucial. 

• Sales Techniques: Proficiency in persuasion, negotiation, and closing deals.
