Job Description

We are looking for a TELESALES to join our team at DIGITECH COMPANY. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers 14K-22K+ INCENTIVE ( UPTO 1L) and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Call customers — make outbound calls to leads (people who inquired about a personal loan)

Pitch the loan — explain loan details, interest rates, eligibility

Handle queries — answer customer doubts on call

Convince & convert — try to get the customer interested/agree to proceed

Pass on qualified leads — hand over interested customers to the sales/documentation team (or collect basic details yourself)

Follow-up calls — call back customers who didn't decide immediately

Hit call/target numbers — meet daily call count and conversion targets

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role in 12TH and 6MONTHS -1 YR. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
