Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification:

  • HSC (12th pass) with a minimum of 1.5 years telesales experience

  • Graduates must have at least 1 year of telesales experience (Mandatory)

Job Timings

• Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

• Weekly Off: 1 rotational off per week

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for SBI Life Insurance products

• Educate and pitch suitable insurance plans to potential customers

• Achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups

Skills Required

• Strong communication and convincing skills

• Sales-oriented mindset

• Basic knowledge of insurance products preferred

• Ability to work under targets
