• Inbound Calls: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide support.

• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales leads for the sales team.

• Information Provider: Explain products/services, benefits, and pricing.

• Customer Relationship Management: Build rapport and maintain positive customer relations.

• Data Entry: Accurately record call details, customer info, and feedback in a CRM system.

• Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales goals
