The Ed-Tech Sales and Admission Specialist will play a pivotal role in managing the student admission lifecycle, from initial inquiry to final enrollment. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students, providing detailed information on our offerings and guiding them through the decision-making process. The role demands a combination of consultative sales skills, process discipline, and a deep understanding of student needs in the competitive exam space. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, student-centric environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound leads via WhatsApp, phone calls, and email; guide students through course offerings and the admissions process.

  • Follow up regularly to convert leads into enrollments.

  • Maintain accurate lead records and update CRM tools on a daily basis.

  • Address student queries and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales communication and processes.
