Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Collection Executive to join our team. The role involves following up with customers for due or pending payments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding amounts while maintaining positive client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact customers via phone, email, or messages to remind them of pending payments.
Negotiate and arrange payment plans in accordance with company policies.
Maintain records of all communications and payment transactions.
Resolve billing issues or discrepancies effectively.
Ensure timely follow-up and achieve monthly collection targets.
Provide daily and weekly collection reports to the team leader or manager.
Maintain a professional and courteous approach while handling customer queries.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM systems.
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
Fluent in English language
Prior experience in a collection or customer service process is an added advantage.
