Make outbound calls to new, old, and follow-up leads
Handle inbound inquiries from IndiaMART, website, exhibitions, and references
Understand customer requirements and pitch suitable machines/solutions
Filter and qualify leads before passing them to the field sales team
Schedule and confirm a minimum of 2 customer meetings per day for field sales executives
Coordinate with the field sales team to ensure meeting readiness
Follow up with existing customers for repeat business and referrals
Maintain daily call reports, meeting trackers, and lead status in CRM/Excel
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, meetings, and sales conversions
