We are seeking a confident and proactive Female Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound sales communication, manage product inquiries, maintain customer records, coordinate with the delivery team, and follow up on payments.
Make outbound calls to provided leads and handle incoming customer inquiries.
Share product details with customers via email, WhatsApp, or SMS.
Maintain accurate sales records, lead status updates, and daily activity reports.
Understand customer requirements and explain relevant BILGON products.
Generate sales orders and coordinate internally for order processing.
Work closely with the delivery/logistics team to ensure timely product dispatch and delivery.
Conduct follow-ups with customers for order confirmations, delivery updates, and payment collection.
Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
