About Us:

APSK Production & Entertainment Pvt Ltd is a leading kid's casting house. We cast children in various media projects including advertisements, films, and television. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team and help us grow our client base and project outreach.

Job Summary:

The Telesales Executive will be responsible for contacting potential clients, presenting our casting services, and converting leads into successful partnerships. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and persuasion skills, along with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain company services.

2. Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales.

3. Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records of all interactions.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

5. Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.

6. Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.

7. Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.

8. Maintain detailed reports of calls and outcomes using CRM tools.

Requirements:

1. 1–3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service.

2. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.

4. Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.

5. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

6. Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Nice to Have:

1. Experience in the media, entertainment, or casting industry.

2. Fluency in multiple languages (Hindi, Gujarati, English preferred).

3. Confidence in explaining creative and service-based offerings over the phone.
