Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Sales Executive to manage office-based sales operations for our brand Hamster London. The role includes direct sales, customer relationship management, handling social media inquiries, and keeping existing customers updated about new arrivals and offers.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle direct sales from the office and convert leads into customers

Manage and maintain strong customer relationships

Regularly update repeat/existing customers about new arrivals, collections, offers, and promotions

Respond to customer inquiries received via social media platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.)

Assist customers with complete product details and styling/product recommendations

Resolve customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally

Ensure quick and accurate responses to customers whenever required

Follow up with customers to increase repeat sales and customer loyalty

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Fluent English communication (spoken and written) is mandatory

Strong skills in sales, follow-ups, and customer handling

Good understanding of sales and customer handling

Ability to handle multiple customer queries efficiently

Strong interpersonal and convincing skills

Ability to manage multiple customer queries efficiently

Good knowledge of social media platforms

Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving ability
