Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to cold or warm leads, qualify prospects, and pitch products or services.
Sales Conversion: Follow established scripts, overcome customer objections, negotiate pricing or terms, and close deals.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed individual and team sales quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs) like call volume.
CRM Management: Record call notes, update customer information, and track active pipelines in the company database.
