Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable insurance plans.
Explain policy benefits, features, coverage, and premium details.
Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain proper customer and lead records in CRM.
Coordinate with customers for required documentation and policy issuance.
Build and maintain good customer relationships.
Follow up with existing customers for policy renewals and additional requirements.
