We are looking for a Tele sales Executive to join our team at Travel-DMC. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
· Reach out to existing and potential B2B clients (travel agents & tour operators) through outbound calls.
· Promote and explain the company’s travel services, packages, and offerings effectively.
· Generate new business leads and follow up to ensure successful conversions.
· Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions.
· Maintain and update client database/CRM and prepare daily sales activity reports.
· Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
· Keep track of market trends and competitor activities.
Job Requirements:
· Education: Graduate / Diploma (Travel & Tourism background preferred but not mandatory).
· Experience: 0–1 years of tele sales / inside sales experience (Travel industry experience is an advantage).
Skills:
· Excellent verbal and written communication in English & Hindi.
. Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
· Confident, target-oriented, and self-motivated personality.
· Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM software
