Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospects, handle inbound inquiries, identify needs, present products/services, upsell/cross-sell, and convert leads to sales.
Build rapport, address concerns, resolve issues, ensure satisfaction, and secure repeat business.
Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales quotas.
Accurately log all calls, customer data, and sales activities in the CRM system.
Stay updated on product features, offers, and market trends.
