Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic Pre-Sales/Telesales Executive to connect with potential customers, understand their requirements, explain products/services, and generate qualified leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

• Handle inbound enquiries and provide product/service information.

• Understand customer requirements and qualify leads.

• Schedule meetings or product demos for the sales team.

• Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.

• Update customer information and call records in CRM.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Requirements

• Any Graduate/PUC/Diploma.

• 0–2 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Telesales, Telecalling, or Customer Support.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.

• Good verbal communication in English and regional languages (Kannada/Hindi/Tamil/Telugu is an added advantage).

• Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.

• Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
