Lead Generation & Cold Calling: Reach out to prospective customers from provided databases to introduce company offerings.
Sales Pitching & Closing: Present products/services, highlight benefits, handle objections, and negotiate pricing to secure sales.
Customer Relationship: Maintain consistent communication with existing clients for upselling and cross-selling.
Data Management: Accurately update and maintain customer records, pipeline statuses, and interactions in the company's CRM system.
