Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our General Insurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective and existing customers, explaining general insurance products, generating leads, and supporting policy sales and renewals

Key Responsibilities

- Contact customers through outbound and inbound calls

- Explain Health, Motor, Travel, and other General Insurance products in Tamil

- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team

- Follow up with customers for quotations, renewals, and policy issuance

- Maintain customer records and update call status in the system

- Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets

- Build and maintain good customer relationships

Eligibility

- Any Graduate

- Good communication skills in Tamil (English is an added advantage)

- Basic computer knowledge

- Prior telecalling or sales experience is preferred

Skills Required

- Excellent communication and persuasion skills

- Customer-oriented approach

- Ability to work under targets

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
