Job Title: Telecaller

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team in Bodakdev, Ahmedabad. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and maintaining accurate records of interactions.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain company products/services and address customer queries.
Generate and qualify leads.
Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
Update customer information and call records accurately.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Coordinate with internal teams when required.

Requirements

Minimum Graduate preferred.
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to handle customer conversations professionally.
Strong follow-up and persuasion skills.
Laptop is mandatory.
Prior telecalling/customer service experience will be an added advantage.
