Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, promoting products/services, and closing sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Explain products/services and handle customer queries
Generate leads and convert them into sales
Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow-ups
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner
Handle objections and resolve customer concerns effectively
