Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Sales Executive to drive exhibitor, vendor, and seller onboarding for our events. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential participants, building relationships, and closing deals to ensure successful event participation.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and reach out to potential sellers, vendors, and exhibitors across relevant industries
• Generate leads through research, networking, cold calling, and industry databases
• Pitch event concepts and participation benefits to prospective clients
• Convert leads into confirmed exhibitors and vendors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat participation
• Meet and exceed sales targets for exhibitor acquisition
• Coordinate with the marketing and operations team to align sales efforts
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closures in CRM systems
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor events

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field(12 passed can also apply)
• 0-1 year of experience in sales, preferably in events, exhibitions, or B2B sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
